Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We deliver within Germany and internationally to almost all countries. For international shipping, we use our shipping partner Pakajo, which ensures reliable and fast delivery worldwide.

In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in your shopping cart and on the order page.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The shipping fee varies depending on the package size and contents. This fee includes VAT. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated based on the purchased goods, it may be reduced if items with lower VAT rates are included in the order (e.g., books). Therefore, the final shipping fee can only be calculated during the checkout process. However, it can only decrease, never increase.
